(BOISE) – The State Department of Education will be open for business on Monday, Oct. 10, although Indigenous Peoples’ Day is a state holiday.
To be available to Idaho K-12 schools according to their schedules, the SDE remains open on Indigenous Peoples’ Day, then uses that holiday on the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Phone and email operations will be as normal. Anyone visiting the State Department of Education on Monday should use the ADA-compliant doors on the east side of the building – the only unlocked entrance that day.
