Each year the Idaho Chapter of APCO and NENA recognize a number of outstanding telecommunicators during the Idaho PSAP Conference.
This year, ISP Regional Communication Supervisor Ray Shute was nominated, and selected, as the award winner for 2022 Line Supervisor of the Year!
Ray is an example to us all through his extraordinary work ethic, leadership and endlessly positive attitude.
